Etnia House of Arts presents “Look Closer” by Laura Guilda, an artwork that explores the idea of boundaries and encourages us to question how they shape the way we see the world.

“By combining woven thread, chicken wire and textile interventions, I wanted to transform familiar materials into an invitation to slow down and look beyond first impressions. Looking closer can become a way of questioning the borders that separate people, places and cultures.”

Through textile techniques and carefully chosen materials, the artist reminds us that paying attention to what often goes unnoticed can open new ways of understanding one another.
